I work with individuals one-to-one (in person and on zoom). From time to time I run a small groups online. I also offer bespoke consultancy and courses for groups and teams in private and professional settings.

We step into the inner world with confidence and pleasure. This is a way to embrace meditation so that you enjoy it, and want to carry on. We learn about possible obstacles, and move through them with acceptance and love. This is a path of self-knowledge, in which self-understanding is coupled with self-compassion. With the mindful practice of meditation, your peace of mind will nourish others, as well as yourself. Ultimately, meditation embraces the whole world.
