Needing other support?

If you feel particularly anxious or depressed, you may need extra support alongside mindfulness. Mindfulness by itself can put us more in touch with what we feel, which in itself, can be healing. Yet if you are finding things tough, this may feel overwhelming. If so, many people benefit from extra support. Mindfulness will work alongside any support you already have, as it helps to keep us authentic and ‘real’ to what is going on.
