Better Sleep sessions cover all aspects of sleep. I introduce you to a unique combination of mindfulness practices which underpin healthy sleep at night and release more energy during the day. Drawing also on insights from modern research, I support you to keep track of your sleep patterns, and to make changes where necessary. Sessions enable you to re-discover your natural capacity for rest, empowering you to enjoy deep and refreshing sleep.

Calm & Resilience
Mindfulness, together with mindful meditation, offers you a profound method for calming anxiety and nerves. Knowing how to ease your worry and panic, you can feel grounded and present whatever goes on around. With greater resilience, you stay balanced and centred even under pressure.

For creatives and performers, mindfulness is an incredible resource. Drawing on a range of somatic therapies, I support you to meet unexpected challenges or to tackle persistent and recurring difficulties. We work to address and resolve tangles that may appear suddenly in the midst of preparation or performance, or which have dogged you over time. Sessions also address physical wellbeing and resilience, and can even resolve persistent underlying health issues. (I can testify to the benefits first hand, as I cured a persistent cough that was stopping me singing.)

Relationships & Communication
Relationships are a major cause difficulty and distress. When communication suffers, everything suffers. Coaching for relationships and communication supports you through interactional problems, helping you make positive choices to prevent tension, rebuild trust and resolve arguments. Drawing on the skills and inspiration of Nonviolent Communication (NVC), you can witness the miracle of relationships mending.
‘Explore Together’ Sessions
‘Explore Together’ gives you the chance to talk over issues with each other, supported by my presence. I offer a calm, empathic third-party perspective; a resource to draw upon if the conversation grows tough. We aim for everybody to feel seen, heard and respected.
Individual Support
You may find it helpful to talk through the difficulties with me before or after the session. Here, it does not matter if it is just one person who takes up the Individual Support. Even one person feeling a fraction calmer will help to calm the situation overall.
